The University of Goldsmiths main campus is in New Cross， south-east London and sits adjacent to the London Borough of Lewisham on a site that has been used for teaching since 1890. There are two campuses with the main one being at the top of a hill overlooking central London – great for those who want to enjoy all that this great city has to offer， yet still be able to relax in green open spaces when they need it (and yes there are green spaces in the midst of the capital).
2. 交通及住宿
For transport links， you’re not far from the DLR（隧道公交）at New Cross Gate或Peckham Rye station which take you straight into Central London. The other option is to get the bus or train to Elephant & Castle and then change onto the Tube（地铁）——a bit more hassle but saves money. From there， you can get the overground train to Beckenham Junction， where student accommodation is a 15-minute walk away（如果你不懒而且想省点钱的话，建议住这里。虽然公寓条件一般不过房租相当便宜）。
3. 学校设施
As well as lecture theatres and classrooms， the university boasts an engineering research centre， media centres， art studios和图书馆等等公共学习区域，另外还有一间剧院、室内游泳池、健身房以及咖啡厅等等供同学们休闲娱乐。不过要说最出名的，还是得数我们学校的天象馆！真的非常大，而且非常漂亮，里面还有真人演示地震和火山爆发的情景，非常震撼人心。
